Options Community Services (OCS) is a nonprofit organization providing a wide range of social services to Metro Vancouver for over 50 years. With 500+ staff and 80+ programs, OCS offers essential support to the community, including affordable housing, family services, and employment programs.

What We Did

Strategic Project Management

Alongside strategic insight, AMI provided hands-on project management to keep the initiative on track and on time.

This involved meticulous planning, resource allocation, and proactive issue resolution.

Creative Branding & Messaging

AMI developed a unique campaign brand with customized graphics, colour palette, and a distinctive logo.

This cohesive visual identity was complemented by compelling messaging that resonated with donors and partners.

Support Materials Development

We produced a support booklet outlining the project scope and key talking points.

This resource equipped the 50 women leaders with the necessary tools to effectively communicate the campaign’s goals.

Campaign Website & Digital Presence

Each of the 50 women received a personalized campaign landing page, enhancing their ability to share their stories and facilitate donations.

AMI also managed social media calendars, graphics design, and captions to boost online engagement.

Media Training & Outreach

In collaboration with Jelly Marketing, AMI provided comprehensive media training to all 50 women leaders.

This equipped them with the skills to effectively communicate the campaign’s message through media channels, supported by targeted outreach efforts.
