As the former owner of a thriving photography and design business, Rhoda sharpened her skills in visual storytelling, client relations, and creative direction. Her ability to bridge big-picture thinking with design execution made her transition into marketing seamless and impactful.
Rhoda’s nonprofit marketing experience began at one of Canada’s leading charitable organizations in major donor engagement and event strategy. This background continues to shape her thoughtful approach to mission-driven marketing, grounding strategy in empathy and purpose.
As Danielle’s right-hand in the company, Rhoda plays a central role in business development, internal operations, and high-level campaign and donor strategy. Whether she’s responding to a proposal request or helping to audit and input on an organization’s marketing and comms plan or targeted campaign, she leads with empathy, focus, and a big-picture mindset.
Rhoda is also available for donor development and event consulting on an hourly basis.
