Nuova Vocal Arts faced several challenges as they approached their 25th anniversary, so they sought Anchor’s help to bring them up to date. The client felt that their existing site was outdated, uninspiring, overloaded with copy, and too slow for meaningful visitor engagement. This was making it difficult to effectively highlight their various offerings, including public performances and their opera school. They also believed that their previous website design did not adequately convey their brand identity or create seamless donor funnels which are crucial to their operations. All of which highlighted the need for a more modern, creative and engaging interface that reflected their status as a quality Canadian art institution.

Website Design & Development
Nuova Vocal Arts’ website was completely redesigned and developed to create a modern and user-friendly platform. The new design featured intuitive navigation and a mobile-friendly interface to optimize the overall user experience. We expanded the colour palette to enhance visual appeal and incorporated elements of their existing logo for brand consistency.
Additionally, basic SEO optimization was implemented to improve online visibility and attract a wider audience. Special attention was given to effectively highlighting both their performance shows and opera school, ensuring the website conveyed their dual focus.

Brand Refresh & Consistency
To maintain and strengthen Nuova Vocal Arts’ brand identity, we updated their existing logo with a few minor tweaks and incorporated it into the website design. Elements of the logo and the expanded colour palette were integrated throughout the site to ensure a cohesive and professional look.
