Danielle’s career began in the investment sector before she transitioned into consumer marketing, where she led business development and marketing strategy for high-profile family brands like the BC Lions, Boston Pizza, Toronto Blue Jays, and Cracker Barrel. These experiences sharpened her expertise in brand strategy, audience engagement, and high-impact partnerships.
She later took on a leadership role as Marketing Director at an agency focused on nonprofit marketing, deepening her skill set in nonprofit strategy, awareness campaigns, and fundraising strategy. From grassroots initiatives to national nonprofits, Danielle has helped teams refine messaging, build stronger donor connections, and drive meaningful results.
In 2018, she launched Anchor Marketing to deliver strategic, scalable marketing support for purpose-driven organizations. In addition to leading the Anchor crew, Danielle also consults as a fractional CMO, guiding clients through marketing strategy, brand development, and campaign execution with a steady hand and big-picture thinking.
Today, Danielle continues to help organizations navigate the complexities of nonprofit marketing, anchoring strategy in purpose and empowering teams to grow their reach, deepen engagement, and leave a lasting mark on the communities and environments they serve.
