How long does a typical project take?
The duration of a project can vary depending on its complexity and scope. Typically, a project can take anywhere from a few weeks for a basic marketing campaign to several months for more involved website developments or comprehensive branding projects. During our initial discussions, we will provide a timeline specific to your project needs.

What is your feedback process?
After presenting the initial draft, we conduct a thorough review session via Zoom, which is recorded for accuracy. This allows us to capture all feedback through our Fathom AI tool, ensuring nothing is missed. We provide opportunities for direct online annotations on drafts, and subsequent rounds of revisions are handled with the same attention to detail, following a clear timeline. Each project deliverable is given 3 rounds of revision within the scope of the project.
Who will be working on our account/project?
Your primary point of contact will typically be our Captain, Danielle, and our Agency Manager, Natalia, supported by a crew of specialists tailored to your project’s needs. These team members are experts in various fields within marketing including content creation, copywriting, design and web development and will collaborate to ensure your project is a success.
What is included in your services?
Our services are comprehensive and customizable to fill any gaps you might have. From start to finish, we manage everything from initial strategic planning and creative development to final execution and analytics. We adapt our services to provide exactly what you need, whether that’s a single service or a full-service package. Our clients own creative rights to all assets that are created once final payment is received and we provide finished files as well as design files, if requested.
